Public offer

This Agreement is addressed to Consumers and is an official and public offer of the Seller, represented by Yulia Vitalievna Zakharova FLP, registration number №3197014968 dated 17.08.2017, to conclude a contract of sale of Goods, the subject matter and terms of which are specified in the relevant section of the website likon.com.ua. The Consumer, acting for the purpose of purchasing the Goods, accepts the terms and conditions of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) as follows:

1.DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1 Public offer (hereinafter referred to as "Offer") is a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude with the Seller a contract of sale and purchase of goods by remote method (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.

1.2 Ordering Goods on the website of the Online Store - items specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale, when making an order for the purchase of Goods on the website of the Online Store or through the Operator.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1 The Buyer's order of the Goods placed on the website of the Online Store means that the Buyer agrees with all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

2.2 The Administration of the Internet-shop site has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.

2.3 The validity period of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise stated on the website of the Online Store.

2.4 The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods, including information about the main consumer properties of the Goods, place of manufacture, as well as information about the warranty period and shelf life of the Goods on the website of the Online Store.

3. PRICE OF THE GOODS

3.1 The price for each item of the Goods is indicated on the website of the Online Shop.

3.2 The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price for any item of the Goods.

3.3 If the price of the ordered Goods is changed, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the change in the price of the Goods within 3 days.

3.4 The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods if the price has been changed by the Seller after the Order has been placed.

3.5 The Seller is not allowed to change the price of the Goods paid by the Buyer.

3.6 The Seller shall specify the cost of delivery of the Goods on the website of the Online Store or inform the Buyer when the order is placed by the Operator.

3.7 The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the money.

3.8 Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods specified on the website of the Online Shop.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT

4.1 The Buyer orders the Goods through the Operator by phone +380635252525; +380445859112 or through the service of the Internet-shop website likon.com.ua.

4.2 When registering on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:

4.2.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the Buyer or the person specified by him (recipient);

4.2.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address);

4.2.3. e-mail address;

4.2.4. contact telephone number.

4.3 The name, quantity, assortment, article, article number, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's basket on the website of the Online Shop.

4.4 If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller shall not be liable for the Goods selected by the Buyer.

4.5 When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1. of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.

4.6 The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data into the registration form on the website of the Online Store or when placing an Order through the Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the data about the Buyer are registered in the Seller's database. Having approved the Order of the selected Goods, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 4.2. of this Offer.

4.7 The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.

4.8 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

4.9 The Distance Selling Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Seller issues to the Buyer a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming the payment for the Goods.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER

5.1 The Seller shall provide the Buyer with services on delivery of the Goods in one of the ways specified on the website of the Online Store.

5.2 If the Distance Selling Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the term established by the Agreement, and if the place of delivery of the Goods is not specified by the Buyer, then to the place of his residence or registration.

5.3 The Buyer shall specify the place of delivery of the Goods when placing the Order for the purchase of the Goods.

5.4 The period of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer shall consist of the period of order processing and the period of delivery.

5.5 The delivered Goods shall be handed over to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person who has presented a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or execution of delivery of the Goods.

5.6 Information about the Goods shall be brought to the Buyer's attention in the technical documentation attached to the Goods, on labels, by marking or in any other way accepted for certain types of goods.

5.7 Information on mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods shall be provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation and shall include information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period and the organization that issued it.

6. EXCHANGE AND RETURN

According to the legislation of Ukraine, you have the right to return the product and / or exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase. The condition for accepting the goods back and / or its exchange is its integrity, packaging, the integrity of all protective seals, the absence of any mechanical damage, the presence of a receipt confirming the fact of purchase and the fact that the goods were not in use. Return of the goods is made by bringing it to the office of the company or sending it by new mail to the specified branch. Payment for delivery, in this case, is made by the buyer. In case of a manufacturing defect, which was detected immediately after receipt of the goods, the exchange for a similar product (if available in stock) is made at the expense of the seller. Depending on the method of payment, the refund can be made in cash (if the payment for the goods was made in cash) or by returning the funds to the buyer's current account (if the goods were purchased for cashless payment).
