Delivery

In Kyiv: courier mon-fr from 10-00 to 17-00 or by Nova Poshta to mailing office. If you placed your order before 10 a.m. on the weekdays, we will do our best to deliver it in the same day (subject to stock availability), if you placed your order after 10 a.m., it will be delivered the next working day. Exceptions may include customized lenses, they can take 2-3 days to deliver.

Also, you can pick up your order at our warehouse located at Verhovynna str 35 from monday till friday 9.00 - 17.00, having previously agreed with the manager.

In Ukraine: all orders are sent by Nova Poshta to your closest mailing office. 

Delivery cost

By courier in Kyiv: the delivery will be free if order is above 600uhy, if it less than 600 uhy - the delivery will cost 40 uhy. 

By Nova Poshta in Ukraine: the delivery will be free if order is above 800uhy, if it less than 800 uhy - at the carrier`s tariff.

  GUARANTEE AND RETURN OF GOODS

The guarantee of product quality is the manufacturer's guarantee. This means that the criterion is the integrity of the factory packaging, the presence of the Ukrainian certification mark on the packaging, which confirms the legality of the product. Acceptance of the product means that you have checked this data. Within 14 days, according to the legislation of Ukraine, you have the right to return the product and get your money back. The condition for returning the goods is the integrity and appropriate appearance of the packaging. The product is returned by bringing it or sending it by mail to the company's office at the address: Kyiv, str. Verhovynna, 35. Payment for delivery, in this case, is made by the buyer. Refunds are made immediately upon receipt of the goods.

You can get an absolutely guaranteed result (when buying contact lenses) only by visiting our store, where the doctor will open the package with you, you will immediately put on the purchased contact lenses and the doctor will conduct an examination on the diagnostic equipment. In this case, if a defect is detected in our salon, we undertake to replace them immediately.

In turn, we can clarify that, based on our statistics, as a rule, problems arise if the user decides to change the model of contact lenses without visiting a contact specialist. We recommend not to do this.
