Payment and delivery

• In Kyiv: by courier Mon-Fri 10:00-17:00 or to the Nova Poshta branch. If you placed an order before 10:00 on a business day, we will try to deliver it on the same day (if the goods are available), if the order was placed after 10:00 on a business day, it will be delivered on the next business day. Exceptions may be made for custom-made lenses, for which the delivery period may be 2-3 days.
• You can also pick up the order yourself at our warehouse at the address: Kiev, Verkhovynnaya Street 35, from Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 17:00, having previously agreed with the manager.
• In Ukraine: we send by Nova Poshta to a branch or parcel terminal.

• In Kiev by courier: for orders over 600 UAH - free, less than 600 UAH - 40 UAH, Sofievskaya Borshahivka, Petropavlivska Borshahivka - 50 UAH regardless of the order amount.
• In Ukraine by Nova Poshta: for orders over 1200 UAH - free, less than 1200 UAH - at the carrier's rate.

• Cash to the courier with a sales receipt (only possible for orders in Kiev).
• By transfer to a bank account with an invoice via:
  • bank branch
  • client-bank of any bank
  • payment terminal
• Pay by card online through the Portmone service. (When choosing this type of payment, our manager will send you a link or you can follow the link yourself after placing an order on the website).

The guarantee of product quality is the manufacturer's warranty.

This means that the criterion is the integrity of the factory packaging, the presence of the Ukrainian certification mark on the packaging, which confirms the legality of the goods. Acceptance of the goods means that you have checked this data. Within 14 days, according to Ukrainian law, you have the right to return the goods and get your money back. The condition for accepting the goods back is the integrity and appropriate appearance of the packaging. The return of the goods is made by bringing it or sending it by mail to the company's office at the address: Kyiv, Verkhovynnaya Street, 35. In this case, the buyer pays for delivery. The refund is made immediately upon acceptance of the goods.

An absolutely guaranteed result (when buying contact lenses) can be obtained only by visiting our store, where the doctor will open the package in front of you, you will immediately put on the purchased contact lenses and the doctor will conduct an examination on diagnostic equipment. In this case, if a defect is detected in our salon, we undertake to replace them immediately.

In turn, we can clarify that, based on our statistics, as a rule, problems arise if the user decides to change the model of contact lenses without visiting a contact doctor. We recommend changing the model of lenses under the supervision of a doctor.

For successful and timely delivery of the goods, carefully indicate the phone numberwhen placing an order. If possible, indicate a second phone number.

Delivery in Kyiv is carried out only on working days from 10:00 to 17:00. Before delivery, our courier will contact you and agree on the place, time, amount, etc.

On Saturday, in case of emergency, you can come to our showroom for the goods from 11:00 to 17:00. Most types of products are there.
