Maxima 38 is a contact lens for daily wear for up to 6 months.
This is a traditional contact lens made of the polymacon material. As with all lenses in this material have respective advantages and respective disadvantages, namely, durable, require minimal maintenance, long wear but have low oxygen permeability.
Low oxygen permeability index manufacturers usually try to compensate with greater mobility of the lens using it 2 Radius design of the rear surface. However, in these contact lenses, manufacturer chose a way of reducing the thickness of the lens, leaving the 1-radius design. It is also an option, but it requires careful processing and manufacturing settings. Given that Maxima is a trademark (not the manufacturer), we do not know who makes these contact lenses and whether the required accuracy of production is provided. We can state the fact, that these lenses haven`t found proper distribution in our market.
